The Aikido Verein Freiburg e. V. (AVF) was founded in 1993. The AVF is the "original dojo" of D.A.N. BW. This is where all other D.A.N. BW dojo leaders started their aikido training as beginners. In addition to adult training, the club also offers training for children and young people.
